Since April 1, 2021, there is a new regulation for all national post offices. This apparently applies worldwide. International shipments must now be recorded electronically. The sender can do this himself, but the post office can also help (eventually for a fee). As far as international couriers are concerned, each deliverer has its own handling anyway. Please inquire in advance accordingly.
