This is an unusual Subscription Coupon in form of a playing card. EC (Entertaining Comics) used the King of Club to try to reach new subscribers. Even though this was published in a "Weird Science-Fantasy" magazine, this coupon was for the "Mad" and/or "Panic" issues.
