Only fifty years ago this pattern was single faced. Now you can only buy the double faced versions. Or to be more precise the court cards are double faced. The pips remain unchanged. Beside the Naples pattern this is the only one that can be bought practically in entire Italy. This game has 40 cards (per suit: 1-7, B, R, K).
