The Casino Pattern (Trente et Quarante)

Some experts say this pattern is just a variation of the Anglo-American pattern. Since I see only little similarities I listed it as an own standard game. Because it is mainly used in Italian casinos, I gave it the name "Casino Pattern". In Italy these cards can be bought under the name "Trente et Quarante". 52 cards (1-10, J, Q, K) - no Jokers.
